Neighborhood House Outreach

Who We Are

At Our Lady of Mercy Community Outreach, we’re here to help you break down barriers and build a brighter future. Whether you’re facing the lasting effects of generational poverty or new challenges that have made it difficult to make ends meet, our mission is to support you on your journey to self-sufficiency. Through services in basic and emergency needs, education, employment, and health, we empower individuals to reach their full potential. We’re committed to addressing the root causes of poverty, advocating for those facing obstacles, and creating opportunities for everyone to thrive.

What We Do

  • After an assessment of individual Neighbor needs, our social services team determines the best resources and will take steps to ensure they can complete any necessary applications for these services.
  • Our Food Pantry and Clothing Closet aims to help families alleviate the financial burden, of food and clothing cost, while providing proper access to necessary items.
  • Our Soup Kitchen at the Neighborhood House location serves nutritious lunches to community members daily, Monday – Friday.
